How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Anyone able to get the iPhone 11 trade in promo with port in whilst on a SimpleChoice plan. Getting mixed messages from different Stores, 611, and Twitter.
I'm on Simple Choice and they said my iphone 11 trade in promo went through. It's just waiting to be shipped. Can't say for sure since I havent received the phone yet. I didn't see the charge on my credit card either. But I called 2x as well as on chat, all reps confirming that I just need to wait for shipment.

Meh I only have 2 lines. I get nothing extra and I pay $100 a month so I can get a prepaid plan for less if I pay the year.

You're leaving Tmobile? Isn't your current frltul2lp plan pretty decent as is? Are you trying to add 4th line to this plan which isn't possible.

Go into the TMO app, tap on Bill, then tap Equipment Installment Plans. It should show the EIP when they prepare the shipment. If it doesn't show any promo / bill credit information, the promo didn't process.

Hello,

I am an existing TMO customer with 2 lines. I have tried to read through this thread, but still have a questions:

Does anyone know what the terms and conditions are once I add a free line? Can I disconnect it or one of my existing lines (they are not in contract and have no in contract phone) at any time - let's say I want to downsize to just 1 line from 2+1 (free) after 6 mos?

Thank you
As others have mentioned, you can't remove any lines within 1 year or else you'll lose the free line. However, if you don't care about that, you can certainly go downsize to just 1 paid line at any time, giving up the other paid and free lines, if that's what you're asking.

Well not to spoil your party but I did the same deal early Friday morning and my phone shipped Friday night and will be delivered today but I had gotten a call from a rep on Sunday stating that Simple Choice plan does not qualify for iPhone 11 offer and I won't receive the $500 in credits even after I send my trade in 6s back to them..I changed my offer to iPhone SE and said I will return my iPhone 11 once I receive it..

FYI I was going to do the iPhone 11 deal but hit a snag.

However I was able to port my GV number over.

I do want to know how to reach Executive Care now that John is gone?

Numbers to port in, they sell for a few dollars. Or check out NumberBarn website.
What is this NumberBarn website.. Can we use the numbers there for port-in? Are they eligible

I don't like bill credits since they can't be used to pay off the EIP. Granted you don't have to pay your phone bill for a few months but I'd prefer to have the EIP gone and continue making my monthly payments.

Old bookkeeping habit Peace
Why pay off the EIP? There's no interest and it's like a free loan from T-Mobile. Unless you need to take advantage of another device promo, I don't see the benefits of paying off the EIP early.

You cannot disconnect any lines for a full year, and if you've disconnected a line within the last 90 days, you need to reactivate that line in order to get the free line.
That is not 100% true. I was able go get the free line and I canceled a line on 6/2. So less then a month ago. I did not have to reactive it. Promotion is in my account. Of course YMMV so take this with a grain of salt.

for existing customer, just walk in and walk out with a free #?
For costco members if you bring your own device you can usually get a $50 gift card as well. I did this back a few months ago and it was as advertised. Free 3rd line, got the $50 gift card a few months later, used an old phone I had so it cost me nothing.

In the past promotions GV worked. I believe they recently changed their terms to exclude GV. There have been people who ported GV but were later called and told that they did not qualify for the promotion.
the thing is, there's literally no terms stated besides the clear ones like you can't port from t-mobile or any mvno that uses the t-mobile network

My SOC is included on the list. I added the free line and the iPhone Se deal Friday via Tforce. I received the text about the promotional service discount. When I log into my account my cost has gone up and I do not see the new promo listed anywhere. I'm hoping it's a wait for two bill cycle situation, but I'm getting a bit nervous.
