How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

What's the best way to take advantage of this? This thread has me a little confused. I see people talking about porting in a number and getting a free line. Is it one free line and then another free one if you port in a number?

Texted 611 to add a line to my One plan and spent almost an hour doing back and forth.

The rep was nice but in the end she said she submitted the order and the system canceled it saying I have to go to a physical store to add the line.

That's utterly stupid given we are in the midst of a pandemic.
Call 611 and do it that way and you'll have no issues.

These deals are always a bit confusing.
So,
if my plan is eligible,
I add one line, and get one extra line for free?

Am I Reading this right?
No. You add a line for free. You pay around $30 for the sim card delivery and fee and you also will qualify for any add a line phone deals if you're on an eligible plan.

Thanks. Will give it a try tomorrow.

I just find it so reckless on T-Mobile's part to push customers to go to a store in a full blown pandemic. The rep said how good of a job they do to minimize the spread, but it's still people potentially shedding the virus in an indoor setting.

Reckless and unnecessary.

Rant over.

I don't think there is such a think as a T-Mobile One exclusive plan (assuming by exclusive you mean taxes and fees are a separate price on top). That was the whole branding around "One" was that there was one price and you didn't have to worry about taxes and fees.

Are you sure you are on a T-Mo One plan?
i converted my simple choice plan to T one plan when it first came out. it was one plan with tax extra. later on tmobile came out with another T one plan that includes tax.

I went from One TE to TI, some didn't because doing so cut your 4th Line Free promo from $20 to $10, and some were taxed less than the 'deal' was worth.
Are you saying you able to convert from One TE to TI? Were you able to keep the free lines from FF? I have the TE with 4th line free. I wanted Netflix and when converted i lost my free lines. I also have this one on us promo.

Yes. You were able to do this after they introduced TI plan.

Correct. I kept the 4th Line On Us promo, but Mike reduced it to $10 from $20 (One plan has $20 lines after 2). Netflix was free back then, now $2 more. You should not have lost a free line moving from TE to TI.

You can contact T-Mobile requesting a free line. I believe the people porting in a number are porting over in order to stack with device promotions such as $700 credit for the iPhone 11 which requires a port in and trade in.

Also try Numberbarn. Was able to get a bunch of 415 area codes from them.
How does numberbarn work? Is it like porting in another number and would that work with the iphone 11 on us port in requirements
