How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

I apologize if this was asked before (thread is extremely long). Despite the fact that my account was eligible, I was not told about "no line cancellations within 90 days" clause. Therefore, I'd like to cancel the "free" line. What's the process for this. Refuse SIM card shipment when it arrives? Don't active the SIM card? If it's automatically activated when the SIM card ships, call and cancel?

Thanks so much!
What is the exact plan you're on? It may be beneficial to keep the free line and reactivate any lines cancelled in the past 90 days (that's what the 90 day clause refers to - no free line if you cancelled any lines in the last 90 days without reactivating those lines).

If you want to cancel and you see the line already showing in your account, chat with T-Force to cancel it. See if they'll credit you any fees you were charged for the SIM. You could call 611, but personally I don't trust the average phone agent at T-Mobile. T-Force also spreads misinformation from time to time, but they are, on average, a league above phone support.

Make sure to check your account. You should see 2 promos listed under Account > Monthly Total. If you only see one, then one of your two new lines will not be free.

What do u mean? Can we add one more free line this week?
Yes. I think it's YMMV. I received a promotional email to add a free line on July 4th. I called this morning and added one without any problem. I have a Tmobile One all inclusive plan.

I see 3 promos there, but only one for 2020. The last, This One's on Us, was from 2017, unless they've decided to reuse names for the promos.

How many free lines did you have before you added the 2 this last week?

I have 1 free line before adding 2 this week. They're not going to show 2020 free line twice, they put it on auto pay discount.

Actually, you had 2 free lines prior: '4th Line Promo' was $20, now $10 when you went Inclusive, and the 'This One's On Us' free line. I don't think you will see a credit for this newest line.

The autopay discount is separate.

Right now, you're getting $35 off for autopay at $5/line. That means you have 7 lines. Of those lines, you're getting 3 promotions: $10 off a 4th line, This One's on Us (free) and 2020 Line on Us (free).

If you added 2 lines this week, it means you started with 5. The 4th line $10 discount would have already been there. That means you were already paying for a 5th line and got two promos this weekend, one of which is named exactly the same as the 2017 free line offer (unlikely), or, you already had a completely free line (This One's on Us) and only got one credit from the two new lines you added.

I am on a T-mobile One 55+ plan that includes two existing lines.

I dunno, I'm a bit leery about this. Will there be activation fees, SIM card fees, and possibly annual fees down the road?

Also, if I did add this line for free, would it qualify for other such deals, such as getting 50% off an iPhone SE for adding that third line?
I believe 55+ plans are limited to two voice lines.

I verified with 3 different reps (FB, Tweeter, 611) that anyone added two lines since 6/25 only receive one line free. Just watch your bill. Do NOT blame T-Mobile for your greed.

I think you're correct. I'll have to call and double check. The monthly bill didn't change on my Tmobile App but now it looks different when I'm logged in from a PC.
