This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Can someone confirm this?

Doesn't make any sense that the promo will not be honored just because T-Mobile is too slow to ship our SIM cards.
You are fine. CSR have a hold for your "2020 Line On Us"
Until you call in to activate sim card.
You have proof that you did ordered sim card in promotion period.

I did called and asked the same question.

A little off topic, I signed up for Magenta plus last year and one of my four lines was free and they matched an AT&T discount.

Is there any way to get more discounts added to my plan? I just took advantage of this add a line, so I have this 5th line free but I do not have any other discounts that many of you folks seem to have.

I think I am going to return the OP8 5G phone today, I haven't opened it yet and I have no use for it. Can't see myself using that phone instead of my Pixel 4 XL, but I did want to test out 5G and finally use a OnePlus phone but I think I will wait till more 5G phones come out. Especially since I won't be going back to NYC for work for a while, don't really need 5G yet since working from home.

If I kept the OP8 5G and then decided to sell it, how does that work? Can I even do that if I pay off the balance of the phone before 24 months?
The discounts that people have are from older promos, some were able to transfer their discounts over to new plans though many people have opted to keep their grandfathered plans because they have more benefits compared to current costs.

If you decide to sell the phone, yes you can pay off the phone completely and still receive monthly credits. You will lose those credits if you start a new lease or installment plan for another phone on that specific line.

Inquire whether or not the $50 restocking fee applies even if the phone is unopened. That may impact what you end up doing with the phone.

Do you have a link to the actual terms of this deal? The link you posted is blocked. I am just curious when the iPhone 11 promo expires and wanted to read the fine print myself. PM if you want. TIA.

You're awesome. Thank you.

One question you may know the answer: Can I trade in an iphone 8 that is locked for use on Cricket? My daughter has an old ip8 I was going to send in as the trade for this ip11 deal.

I bought in store and I asked the rep if I could return the phone and he did not mention any restocking fee.

That would be pretty crappy of him to not say anything about it. I guess I would probably just keep the phone at that point.

Yes, as long as Find My Iphone is disabled and iCloud account is removed.

Thanks

So if I start a new lease on that phone line what will happen? Will I owe the balance of the credits i was getting or will they just "go away"?

And yes, if restocking fee I may just keep it.

Usually there's a sticker on the box when buying at the store that there will be a restocking fee. If you don't see one, and they didn't mention anything... you could probably use that as leverage if you do intend to return it.

If you start a new lease, no more monthly credits for the phone on that line.
If you didn't pay off the phone when selling, you will owe money for the phone, basically two EIPs will show up (one for the old and one for the new). If you paid it off and get a new phone, you basically lost money by voiding those credits.

Seem like is OK. As long as it's still in good condition, not tie to any payment (own it) ,
Make sure you have imei ready when you call and reset everything before ship it back.

Just to be save, before you do anything to your ip8,
Make a detail video of your phone cosmetic condition including operational of it incase of dispute.
Mail it back with tracking number and insurance.

Forgive me for not fully understanding, this is all new to me as I usually just buy my phones and never leased a phone with TMobile.

If I wanted to pay off my phone before 24 months, would I owe the $350 for the phone being half off? I suspect this is the issue, if paying off early means I pay full price well then shame on me.
