Don't worry. The merchandise is not actually stolen. It's just those clever marketing people doing their thing.

Which would you recommend? I have the had the essence and now the basic 2 series. Battery on the 2 is dying, Would like to upgrade. I read the ProtectiveClean 4100 is best bang for the buck. Thoughts?

Also by the way, the regular price is NOT $89! It's $45 pretty much everywhere else. Lots of retailers do this with the MSRP. Careful

I am not a dentist, just my thoughts.

I bought similar one from Kohls for $20, I do regret the purchase.

Earlier bought Oral-B Genius Rechargeable Toothbrush, 2-pack ($100 before tax) last month from Costco with $50 off. I recommend this
OralB. You will see this deal every alternate months mostly.

The way brush head sits on the unit is far different and easy to use to compare these two. Comfort to clean, the Oral-B app guides (little slow though) to brush all the area for 2 minutes etc.,

I was just migrating from regular brush to battery operated brush from walmart ($5) to Oral-B and this Oral-B is awesome.

I just bought while Shopping and later saw this and applied for rebate as well.

I'm bummed that Sonicare has all these models that I can't keep up on. Plus, the sensitive brush head isn't at stores anymore.
Still, my HealthyWhite edition has the most amazing battery and it's going strong for years. My hygienist said I had very good technique in brushing using said Sonicare.

The 4100 has a coupon for $5 off, so $34.99 on Amazon right now, so same price as this discontinued model (should be HX6511). I'm thinking of getting a 4100 for the office to replace the manual.

Pro tip. You do have to recharge them once in a while. ;-)

Jk. In all seriousness, the battery should last more than two weeks with regular usage.

You should return that bad boy for another. You probably got a bad one. It happens to the best of us.
