If it is should I get potatoMark?
I think this is more to monitor the performance of your system during a stress test and how it's behaving in terms of temperatures, etc. So if you wanted to overclock your processor or GPU or adjust your RAM timings you could balance the overclock adjustments to manage improved performance at stable temperature, find the lowest voltage you need to maintain an overclock with stability, etc.

Alternatively if you just want to know how your system performs in general.

I have never run anything besides the free time spy until now, graphically it looks a little better for some reason and there more than 3 benchmarks included... the ray tracing one was pretty cool.

Do these help with configuration changes or anything other than just showing test results? Thanks

Is this a good deal?

Also, if the versions are upgraded do you get the upgraded version or do you have to buy it again?
