Wish my account can be resolved soon I've been waiting almost 2 weeks. Had to make a new account and had everything transferred except my rewards. Still waiting on my rewards

Could you please explain why I kept getting this message no matter which card I use and how long I wait? This is getting ridiculous. Not going to waste my time looking around for things to buy only to get this at the end.
