Just returned mine I bought last month (it was way too narrow) and it's been couple of weeks I haven't heard anything from them. I noticed my account got deleted as well. Jackrabbit does not have a good return procedure. I had to pay my own return shipping.

Wish my account can be resolved soon I've been waiting almost 2 weeks. Had to make a new account and had everything transferred except my rewards. Still waiting on my rewards
