Considering the pending launch of 4a, not sure if this will be the normal price soon
You mean T-Mobile Pixel 3A? Can you link to $200 unlocked Pixel 3A, if not, please stop spreading misleading BS.

Edit: Also, please refrain from: "But but you can unlock it", that's BS, branded phones are not same as unlocked, there's a price difference for that particular reason.
The one at Costco was not unlocked and it was linked to T Mobile deal. Not apples to apples. Unlocked phones generally cost more than phones subsidized by a carrier.

It's been this price for a while. I bought one at same price from Amazon a few weeks ago.

I've been using my failing phone for months now, waiting for the 4a release. Supposedly will be announced in July and released in August. If they completely cancel the launch I'm going to be piased.

Yes, it's been this price for a while, down from original MSRP. The deal is that: 1) it's not MSRP (and how could it be at this day and age) and 2) it's back in stock, it has been sold out for a while at this price (the price must be good then, right?)

It was thanks to these "Back in stock" posts that I was able to order it 2 weeks ago. I made a mistake with the OnePlus 7T, telling myself, "it's been this price for a while ($499), it will surely go down or on clearance" and also missed the last "back in stock" post for the OnePlus 7T. Following these conditions that you are laying out only makes it for poorly informed decisions on people trying to buy it.

A good informed decision: the price is low, or good enough, to be replaced soon with a new model, going in and out of stock. It will very likely sell out and not come back with a lower price, buy now if you want it or gamble not having it for a mere saving of (maybe) $30 extra savings.

Last I heard (obviously speculation) was a July 15 announcement and Oct 22 release: https://www.tomsguide.com/news/go...h%20event.

I agree. I may buy a Pixel 3a XL to replace my mom's crappy Moto G7, once the price drops further.
