I'd get the adjustable one. I have a flat bench and it's fine for what it is but ultimately inferior because I can't do incline or decline.
100% agree. If you have to choose take the adjustable every time. (I cant speak to the quality of this particular bench). There are so many more exercises you can do and hit different parts of the same muscle group. I'd also check craigslist and Facebook first. I've seen some solid adjustable benches for under $100 that will do great in a home gym.
This seems quite useless. Get the FID bench if you don't lift much, or get a sturdy flat bench for heavy bench-pressing. There is no point getting a flimsy flat utility bench that can only hold 460lb of total weight.

Is it pretty stable? I've bought a bench from Walmart before and I wasn't comfortable with the build quality
