Order now, in stock on July 3. :: Edit @5:23pm PT 6/27 - now it says in stock July 21.
It's affordable and in-stock, but still a covid price. PSU's are impossibly short on supply and pricing is constantly like this. This hasn't been in stock (or tracked by CCC anyway) on Amazon since late Feb and only for a day, and not in stock since January.
This is more about the availability and also leaving another trace of a PSU price on SD here. Mostly, PSU deals come and go in minutes and are impossible to post in time for anyone to benefit. Good luck if you're building and needed this. It's also a fair deal for the swaths of people buying low-wattage Ryzen 5 3600 CPUs.
EDIT: (details)
Solid
B+ Tier on LTT tier list [linustechtips.com], and solid reviews on Amazon and Newegg.
An
article from Tom's hardware [tomshardware.com] regarding the introduction of the GD line. "
The new GD line consists of affordable models featuring 80 PLUS Gold efficiency, five years of warranty, DC-DC converters for the generation of the minor rails and a semi-modular (edit: NON modular cable design, the article appears wrong). The original manufacturer (OEM) is FSP."

edit: I won't monitor this ordering availability anymore so once it's truly sold through and can't be added to cart, will someone please report expired at that point? thanks! I hope you guys scored this if you needed it.
But the current situation does not allow much choice if you need one quick.
Bitfenix Formula Gold is a much better (and much quieter) PSU in this budget range and they have always come and gone with the wink of an eye even before COVID.
I have been looking for one to keep as a spare in case one my PSUs quit but really cannot find anything reasonably priced except for noisy PSUs. Some refurbished PSUs come into stock on evga.com discounted every wednesday. Those also disappear fast.
But when certain PC components are too heavy to ship on a plane, or no room for larger parts, because personal protection equipment takes priority, pcs fall out of favor somewhat. Because the notion of people having to spend 20 to 30% more for a computer, puts them off. And then they decide to wait for the PS5 or new Xbox.
Personally my life is too complicated to play games anymore.
Sorry, I guess I was just pondering existential gaming crisis here.
Now says in stock July 12th. They clearly intend to get more of these on upcoming shipments -- but they will all be spoken for pretty early if they keep taking orders

I hunted for EVGA power supplies for a while (looked for GQ, G2, G3 models that Tom's Hardware said were good choices- and I think, OEM Super Flower, not FSP)... but I couldn't find one in stock for anything like their normal pre-covid prices.
Not sure Tom's H speaks as highly about this GD line...which is FSP.
I found (and went with) the semi-modular Seasonic Focus GM-550 80+ Gold $89
It's only rated 50 watts higher, 7yr warranty (2 more than this EVGA)- and it's quiet (I needed quiet, not everyone cares about that spec).
Since I was going to pay a "covid price" I decided to be patient, and picky.
I've been happy with this choice, and as the author states "covid price" was real on PSUs, but I didn't sweat it as the rest of the build items (CPU, ram, MB, Case, HD, fans, etc..) were deals or reasonable.
