I have this. Honestly its not very enjoyable in practice. Get a Echo Show 5 instead. Mine is collecting dust.

Really? I had been looking to replace my show 5 with it.

What's your experience been with the microphone? I just want a smart alarm and the show 5 Microphone has been driving me nuts!

Good price, but I replaced mine with a show 5 which is much better in general and especially superior for alarm clock purposes.

Yeah, I also think this has among the worst microphone response of any echo product (and sadly I have multiple copies of nearly all of them)
