That's not true. Segway is owned by Ninebot, a Chinese firm. They are discontinuing the original "Segway," the PT but other devices like this one will continue.

I'm sorry.. I'm 40+ and grew up when pogo balls were a thing. Then those were banned for some reason.. how do these work without dentists making a profit? Does anyone have these?

My brother had these. Ended up selling them for a loss. I used them a couple of times and feel I can give an accurate review. I really don't know what market these are for. They don't handle sidewalks or cracks well at all. Top speed is pretty low and a pain to pickup and move around. Honestly, only good for a empty parking lot for a little bit. Maybe kids would find them more fun. As an adult, get a Segway Mini, EUC, or electric skateboard.
