App not working!
1 called bp station to confirm they particpate in app
2 drove x miles
3. app doesnt work!
4. called bp on phone from station for assistance with app - cant get someone who can help with app not working, tried multiple times to close app, restart. tried inside store - not working
5. emailed bp - got an asnwer 10 days later from someone who has no clue what to offer
Conclusion: wasted time, didnt work
station said many people try and app didnt work for anyone, although station has a sign they do participate in app. repeated second location.
Tried this today, seemless experience. App detected that i am at a BP location and displayed that BPMe will work at this station. Then it asked me to choose the pump # and then it asked for payment mode etc which was already saved to my BPMe account, so i clicked next next and then it said nozzle it enabled for 45 sec, so pump attendant has to start fueling within 45 secs else you need to redo the steps. Then it automatically paid once fueling was done and displayed transaction details on app. Now lets hope that i will get $10 back.
