I found the 48 count Maxwell House "House Blend" K-Cups on clearance at my local Wal*Mart for $8.55. Expiration date of December 2020.

YMMV. Brickseek prices in my area are all over the place, anywhere from a low of $8.55 to the regular price of $22.83.

I went there and found 4 boxes on the shelf, with a shelf tag that read $22.xx. I had an associate do a price check and she said $5.70, so bought 2 and they rang up @ $5.70.
