Lexmark C3224dw Color Duplex Laser Printer
I was looking for a color laser for home office. Not going to be used heavy duty, auto duplex is important for me. I had to use up my Amex Business platinum card $100 Dell credit for 1H2020 (Jan-June), so this worked out for me.

My Ricoh doesn't do that. Pisses me off.
Hard pass. Absolutely no reason for a printer to stop working if there is a perfectly functional toner cartridge present.

This is code word for "you can only use genuine cartridges". And even then, those genuine cartridges won't work any more if you move or even if you use a VPN.

This shit should be illegal.

Good thing is we can buy $12 to reset it on amazon or reset it ourselves via arduino. And replacement refills cost about $40-$50 versus the $200+ dollars for a new cartridges the industry is ripping us off on.
Anyways letting my SD 'ers know that for $50-$80 we can renew the ricoh if we DIY it for refills. Otherwise i do not recommend buying new cartridges at exorbitant high price when its just a piece of plastic with powder
