The only downsides that stirke me with this PC are, the power supply is only 400W and there's very limited PCIe expansion capability.

For equivalent specs, it's hard to find anything in this price range. On the Amazon side, they have a renewed unit that's very close to this in specs but for $966

Thanks for sharing. What would be a good power supply for something like this?

If I was putting in my own PSU, I would probably start choosing something at 500W. However, being this PC has already been configured for these specs and the expansion capabilities are limited, 400W should be fine.

Agreed, look at larger power supplies if you are looking to add a graphics card. This size should be fine for what it comes with.

not a good price to begin with. so pass on it and rest easy

Where would you suggest a better price for a pre-built with similar specs/

I've never had much luck with refurb PCs. All died within 2 years. Better luck to those who roll the dice.

Pretty good deal actually, repped! Downside is the PsU and the graphics card isn't as "future proof" as a 2060 with potentially limited ways to upgrading it, but for $800 with a top end 9th gen i7 cpu, whopping 32gb of RAM...good deal!

Seems like a pretty good deal. How is the graphics card?

Not sure about purchasing a factory refurb model as I've never done that before.
