    It looks like a good deal. The Energizers have fared well in some of the testing. The initial capacity is good, beating out the Eneloops. But, this doesn't take into account the self discharging while sitting on the shelf, waiting to be used, or the long term effect of repeated charge/discharge. Also, like many of the other NiMH batteries, it's tough to know exactly what is under the wrapper and this formulation can change without notice. In particular, the claim of "world's first...recycled batteries" makes me wonder if they'll perform consistently. (Even though the recycled part is only 4%...lol). For some homes the paint scheme on the wrapper may be a factor as it's easily confused with disposable batteries.

    Oddly enough, the Harbor Freight ones did remarkably well in the Project Farm test.

    it's a matter of what factory these were made. If they were made at the Fujitsu factory in Japan where the Eneelops are also made then it's a good deal. If they were made in China then I would avoid.
