Not sure if this is a great deal. Haven't bought pencils in probably over a decade, but I'm back in school and needed some. Also, it's 0.5mm and I hate anything 0.7mm or above, both with pens and pencils, so it was perfect for me. Seems like a good price? I checked other retailers and it looks like Walmart price-matched, but it says only 1 left in stock on their website. $4 at Staples. Didn't really check much beyond that, but retail looks to be around $9.
