I have both. Workpro is way better than dexley even dexley is also a good chair though. Dexley only have 1 adjust handle. Workpro has 3 adjust handles. soft adjustable arm. Better quality too. My wife gave her Dexley to me and took my workpro. :-(

Tried both, kept the 12000 for the depth adjustment and the fabric, versus mesh, seat. But this is more of a personal preference
EDIT: someone pointed out that 9000 depth is adjustable as well, I couldn't try that when I briefly had it, so please check first.
