thermostat + mini is also listed at same prize. each sensor is $40 . so i think its a great deal at this price.

so the picture shows two sensors but outside of that anywhere else does it say two? The other listings say "sensors" as well. It also says "Nest E learns" which is the cheaper/economical white Nest. Is this a google nest mini or a google home mini with "Google Mini allows control of your smart home via voice or app." WHO WROTE THIS DESCRIPTION!?!

luckily I will "Save on energy bills and control your home remotely."

Looking at the deal on the website and then scanning for the deal ID, I'm guessing it's only got one sensor, but is the standard, not E, version of the thermostat.

So, with the sensors at $40 and a Mini ~$25, it's not a bad deal, but I do recall (maybe?) the 2-sensor + Mini deal last year at the $225 or lower range from Home Depot.

Looking to buy my first smart thermostat. What are the difference with this model and the E versions I see referenced?

The E is lighter, one color option and made with more "E-conomical" materials. Don't know the technicals further but slightly less compatible, (85%? compared to 95%?)
