My husband is about 6'3" 270lbs. So I had to look at different chairs and try to decide whether I wanted to get the one for taller people but it had a lower weight limit or get this one where he might be a little too tall but it had a heavier weight limit. I went with this one because it has the best reviews and the most reviews. He fits in the chair totally fine, but the arms are a tight fit. Like he has to kind of scrunch down to get his arms in the correct spot. Sometimes he just won't use the arm portion and uses all the rest of the chair totally fine. So he is definitely on the edge of being too tall for this chair, but he totally loves it!
The local dealership has a few of these, it's amazing. But according to reddit these things break all the time. Personally I'd get a costco cc and buy it from Costco to ensure I get a minimum of a few years use out of such an expensive item. And there's also the perk where you can return it anytime.
I got the Synca Kagra 4D for $2500. You can buy 15% HD coupon on eBay for up to $200 Off. The coupon costs about $25 and it worked on my order. - Update
Synca Kargra 4D seem to be the best deal. Last time, it was $2999 on sale. I tried to pricematch it with another online retailer who does not have sales tax. They said HD has a great deal and they are unable to pricematch it.
BTW... Samsung pay also has 1.5% cashback.

I bought the TP-8500 for my husband for Christmas on a similar deal. The entire family loves it! People always want to use it when they come visit. It has had a lot of use in the last 6 months

Is that a good one for taller people?

which model specifically? there seems to be various models here made by diff manufacturers, they can't all break all the time.

Higher weight limit seems to be the smart move because, like a treadmill, I'm sure you'll find stronger components and build quality and better motors.
Sucks about the height though, I'll definitely wanna try it out first. Need to find somewhere.
5'10" and owned this one for over a year. In my opinion, this massage chair is made for a smaller frame (probably 5'4 to 5'8). The shoulder massage (air cushions) gets my upper arms more than my shoulders.
It's a good deal, but I wish it reclined more. The pre-programmed massage focuses too much on the booty and ignores the lower back. The air cushions don't hold long enough and you can't turn off shoulder massage. The foot massage is my favorite part but it could dig into your foot way more.
I view this as a stepping stone/gateway drug into a better massage chair. You get what you pay for.
