I've been looking at this for a while, but can't get past the 12W shared between the two USB A ports.

No, this will just pass through the voltage to the other plugs. You need to buy a transformer adapter if you need to convert 220 in Europe.

I have a similar one with 30w PD. I would be looking to get that upgraded to 60w or more. This one seems to be 18w. Too low. Want laptop charging, not just phone.

Anker just released one with PPS, which I think is what your Samsung needs.

65W and supports PPS.

I have one of these in my bedroom because its 45 degree plug let it fit behind my bed's headboard, and the power strip itself is shaped such that it fits behind my nightstand without cutting off access to ports. Have a wireless charging pad, Apple Watch charger, and USB-C cable plugged into it. Works great for my purposes.

This is not a good buy. The usb-c is not 30w. The usb-c when used reduces power to the usb-a's.
