You can get Powecom masks from https://bonafidemasks.c
Obviously they are more expensive ($2.90 if you only buy 10 but if you need a bunch and buy 50 they are closer in price at $2.15 per mask) - but these masks should actually work. With offices re-opening in some parts of the country, I'm planning to use the Powecom masks on days I have to go into the office.
Only NIOSH approved should be sought after. And they don't exist on this board or anywhere. Canada recalled the Powecom masks in this thread as being unsafe.

Would love to buy some NIOSH certified masks - but like you said, you can't find them anywhere without paying a ton of money to price gougers on eBay. The Canada recall of Powecom masks were of fake Powecom masks. The latest Powecom Masks (Produced in May 2020 or later) have a QR code that you can use to verify authenticity on their website. The Bonafide Masks company is an authorized distributor of Powecom Masks and they have the QR code on them. They seem to be the best bet you can buy at a reasonable price right now until NIOSH certified N95s become available again (which may not be for a long time).

I live on the East Coast so I got my masks pretty quickly from them. It was shipped USPS Priority Mail and it took 2 days to arrive from shipment but it took 3 days to ship out so 5 days total.
When I received my masks, I had ordered 50 KN95s the box only had 30 masks and someone else's receipt, they clearly accidentally slapped the wrong label on the box and someone else got lucky and got 50 masks and only paid for 30.
I contacted them via their website and within an hour they had responded saying they will ship out the additional 20 to me though. The owner even called me to apologize. So great customer service imho!
Only negative was they shipped those out USPS First Class mail and it took about a week to get to me but it wasn't like I desperately needed them since I already had received 30.
