It's not megared brand. Some folks prefer certain brands, maybe they feel they hold up to their ingredient claims since OTCs are not tested by the FDA, but taken at the word of the manufacturer. I would trust megared before puritans pride. FWIW.

Everyone knows that the supplement industry is not regulated by the FDA. Make your choices wisely.

Also, for those in the market for coq10. Kaneka is the most studied of all. manufacturers will list if they source kaneka (this one looks like it doesn't).

I researched CoQ10 a while back. After pretty extensive reading I settled upon Ubiquinol, same compound, but better absorbed and processed. Just my 2 cents but it's worth taking a look at.
