    Not a bad deal but for $299, Home Depot has the m18 starter kit with 2 batteries, fast charger and choice of free tool, one of the options being the same light... Thus a charger and extra battery for another $100 compared to this deal.

    I ended up taking the plunge on that deal. My first M18 entry, but I love my M12 tools so much, I figured it was a good move. The deal I got for $300 was the rocket light, charger, 8.0, and 6.0 battery though.

    The batteries included with the HD deal are both High Output so that would be the better deal IMO.
