This has recently been as low as $60 (search Wera) and in the $70 range in a bundle with the ratcheting screwdriver.

KCTool shows the list price as $165, so Woot's $146 claim for MSRP doesn't seem unreasonable.
MSRP is the suggested retail price. Amazon pricing is usually well below that.
