Yes it's recon sorry i forgot to mention that still it's significantly cheaper and when i opened it was like new so no complains here

Prices are generally better in store because when they run the 20,25 or 30% off everything sales it includes the factory blemished stuff in stores. But the sales online are typically only the CPO items (unless deal of day or special sale). Plus, they have clearance deals in store.
They recently had the Ryobi hybrid cable light and area light (both factory blemished) on clearance for $20 in my store.
