$30 for an ice cream scoop? Wow.

Anyone have this? Seems interesting, but not really necessary Smilie

Of course it's not necessary. It's all about the nostalgia Smilie

Before RiteAid started selling them you were lucky to find a used one for less than $100

I always wanted one of these growing up. I remember there was a company/website that handmade a knockoff that used to sell them for $100 each. I couldn't find these in store when they launched last October. Picking up a set, thanks for sharing the coupon.

Ultimately, they are not worth $29 but they are priceless items. At the very least, you could buy these and flip them, seems to be $80 on Amazon.

dang....brings back memories......

as much as i want to get one for the nostalgia factor, i dont think these are good for the smaller containers we get at grocery stores. if you were having a party and use the big tubs....this is the way to go!

These suck. Ice-cream gets stuck really easily and makes a mess (specially after dipping in water bucket between scoops) . Also pretty unwieldy and takes up a lot of space to store. Zeroll ice cream scoops are what the pros use, highest rated scoop thanks to the mercury liquid inside that keeps the scoop warm and slicing perfectly scoop after scoop

I don't remember having 2 prong holes in my thrifty ice cream cones. Are these knock offs?

I didn't know they sold these. Maybe if it was 1/3 of the price.

You guys are all dating yourself. I have never even heard of this thing before, but $30 for an ice cream scoop is insane.
