Yea. I believe average power consumption for the pi 4 is just over an amp. 3 max so you're safe.
And no. Both brands make excellent products that work exceptionally well and last a long time. I actually prefer Aukeys chargers because they offer a better power to price ratio and this is personal preference but I think they look more aesthetically pleasing.
That being said cable wise Anker might be a better choice. Aukey doesn't put as much stock into the cables as Anker. They mainly manufacture them for their chargers as its clear they don't put as much work into the design and marketing side as they do with chargers. That sort of trial and error is what makes good products get better and better. So I would imagine(just an educated guess not a fact) that Anker is indeed greater when it comes to cables.
Either way... I prefer monoprice for cables.
I have no idea if this specific account is really Aukey but I do know they run multiple marketplace accounts. Even ones with random names that have nothing to do with Aukey. I have absolutely no idea why but I've seen a lot of brands do this. Maybe someone else can shed some light.
In any case at least the seller has a large number of mostly positive reviews.
