Costco has the July fourth promotion of ads a free line from T-Mobile if you have two or more on qualified plan.
Moreover, on July 5th (3rd as well) they are offering $100 gift card when we add a new free line. And as always there is no activation fee.

This is super misleading. The wireless company that runs the Costco kiosks are doing the giftcard with device purchase on add-a-line only for Magenta Plus plans. That's the most expensive one.
