For another $10 you can get the Crucial MX500 from Amazon.

Nothing wrong with Adata, but the crucial is a good drive.

Nothing but trouble with these drives. Be prepared to spend $10 mailing them drives to them for replacement within 6 months - and losing everything on them. Even the warranty replacements failed quickly. I posted a review of the MX500 drives a couple weeks ago on my YT channel - MUCH better choice. Crucial MX500 SSD Review, Benchmarks, and Windows 10 Full Installation Step-by-Step https://youtu.be/asHE4Vkvwvk

Thanks man! One sub at a time it seems. I really appreciate it.

I hate to post links to videos unless they are germaine. That mx500 is a solid drive. I just did a video on Slickdeals too ironically. Smilie

My other profile has been on here since dang near the beginning. Anyone know when Slickdeals started?

Have to agree with the above, the MX500 is worth the extra few bucks. That and Samsung have been the only SSD's I've trusted with anything important, but I've bought Sandisk, ADATA, Intel and probably some others for non-essential projects and use. Not familiar with the SK Gold drive mentioned above, but I know Hynix makes good memory sticks.

Can't really argue with spending $5-10 extra for a Crucial or Samsung, but I've had the 1TB SU800 for 2 years and it's been rock solid. Surprisingly fast too.

Adata would probably sell at least 10% more drives if they changed their sticker design.
I've passed up deals on their drives in the past because a brightly colored hummingbird on a cheap sticker didn't quite fit the motif of the system I was building. I don't understand why they still use that design.
