Upon clicking the link, it showed I bought this in October of 2018 for 23 bucks less $6.60 "coupon" for @ 16 bucks.
This is about half of that. In for 4 to give out to family and stuck everywhere for various Samsung phones, including Note 10+. TU and repped!

Are you sure its not charging at 18w? Original charges at 25w. 25w isn't listed, only 27w variations.
Not having the correct protocol is one thing it's another to read reviews of this that speak of devices overheating, slow charging, "charger voltage goes nuts, phone keeps cycling on-off". ect.
Note 10 and newer are designed for PPS protocol. Samsung 25 watt PPS is only $18 now with the cable. Anker is now offering a PPS. How is saving the price of two coffees slick while not caring for the battery or getting an optimized charge?

I do not believe this charger charges the note10 at 25w. It must have PPS to charge at 25w and this one does not have PPS. I doubt it charges as 25w even in a jimmy rigged way, but it might.
