I have it from the prior deal. I can't say I like it. If I had to go back, I would not recommend it as the water tank is rather small. The claim that the water can last long is true only because the vaporization is extremely weak. You would be better off with other alternatives that pop up here. Thinking about returning my unit, but also it is so cheap that I can just absorb the loss

I'm planning to use it in the kids room while they're sleeping. So only need it on for 10hrs or so. Do you think 1gal is still not enough?

I think it is enough if the room is small. The only problem (functionality) I have with it is the vapor is just too weak. So it is not the capacity of its tank, but the speed of vaporization. It is ridiculously slow. If you want, I can put three that I have in my apartment right now (one is in my office) and show you max settings on three. If it vaporizes too fast at max setting, then one def. needs a bigger tank model. This one is too slow and that is why it says it lasts so long.

I use these for the kids room and our tank lasts roughly a week before refill. We don't turn on full blast, because we live in California and it's already more humidity but kids never get dry coughs. We mainly use to counteract any fans or heaters that dry the air out. Had ours for over a year now and I love that I can really clean all the parts regularly because they are all accessible.

I bought this last year. Super easy to get red mould on it. And some area you can't reach to clean it up. Don't know what kind of cheap plastic they are using on this. I got a Xiaomi defuser also made out of plastic, but I never see mould grow on it.
