Frames have different bridge sizes...to fit wide or narrow noses and if you get the wrong size, the frame doesn't fit your nose...which raises or lowers that pupil height. This site doesn't even show bridge size for each frame.
Good luck on getting wearable glasses from these folks.
For Rx and other custom eyewear (including custom tint, blue light blocking, etc.), you have 10 days to initiate a return. If you made a mistake during the order or simply didn't like the glasses, you can return for a 50% refund (excluding shipping), or for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping). SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 10-day return period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge.
