I understand beauty is in the eye of the beholder; to my trained artist eye, these swimsuits are ugly, and the price is not great either.
Just an example (better choices at Ross/Marshalls/TJMaxx) is this $10 one-piece at Walmart [walmart.com], or this one [walmart.com], also $10. Look around, there's plenty of better options.

This is AE. I doubt many ladies are considering swimsuits from Walmart.

The Walmart swimsuits are definitely...Walmarty looking. Beauty is in the eye of beholder but ponder these great works by legends, "You think you know fashion, well fashion's a stranger
You think fashion's your friend, my friend
Fashion is danger"

Ae suits fit really well & they have extended sizes (long torso). The material is stretchy, comfortable & they are flattering. You can't compare to walmart suits, which are not made well, have almost no stretch & come in basic walmart sizes, which are way too short & wide for taller, slender women.

Umm the ones you linked here are tacky looking. AE bathing suits are excellent quality and fit women of all shapes and sizes.

Thanks OP! I just bought a cute camo one piece for $16!

Wow this is some the most amateur photos and models I've seen on a commercial site.

I mean this in the most positive way. Real girls, not the most flattering photography.

Everyone is their own artist. For my fashion trained eyes the walmart watercolor swimsuit looks super tacky.
