I believe the generally accepted rule is that for large format photo prints, a minimum resolution of 100 ppi is recommended to minimize any pixelation/blurriness. If you're printing small text or thin/complex line art, might want to push that up to 200 ppi min. (Obviously, the higher the resolution the better if possible.)

So at this canvas size, 100 ppi would mean a file size of 1600 x 2000 pixels.

Does anyone know a good place to get frames at a decent price. I have seen some for 20'ish, but they seem relatively complex and reviews say they are low quality.

I have bought a few from Walmart. They are decent quality and less than $10 iirc.

Do these come rolled up or mounted on a square?

I really like CVS photo processing. Prefer them above Shutterfly, Walgreens, etc.

To find the "full quality" checkbox, which is hidden really well, it's under:
Add Photos from My Computer > Upload Preferences (bottom right) > Full Resolution
also you probably want to turn off red eye & color correction
