I'm surprised this doesn't have better reactions today. Note there is also an EVO variant of this card which may be slightly better so if you look for reviews just take note of what exactly is being compared.
I just ordered the MSI GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER DirectX 12 GTX 1660 SUPER VENTUS XS OC 6GB yesterday for $250. Is there a significant difference? worth? if not, should i return it and get this one instead to save $25?

This asus tuf model has smaller sized fans compared to other 2 fans models.
Where? I search this forum for 5600 xt and the closest one is $260, not $235...
Please provide reference when posting or else it's called trolling...
Thanks.
You're right. You may be able to get $235 if you have a card issuer or site coupon... I think. I don't know specifically which $10 more deal on 5600xt they've seen, but it wouldn't surprise me if it were a recent Amex / Staples coupon stacking thing.
To me, the advantage with the 1660 super is the encoder that's Nvidia built in for streaming (so it's specific to you if that's an applicable advantage) and the Nvidia driver optimization. Otherwise, paying more for the 5600xt does seems like the better deal if any sub-$260 deals can be found.

Like you said it depends on what you need. I do know with some video editing programs Nvidia is preferred and perform better than similar AMD cards.
I own this card, its great for 1440p gaming at 60fps, if you want more than that you'll need a better card. I personally would wait a few more months if you can for the next gen cards to come out.
