Why are you even in this thread then?
Will I buy this laptop? No. Will I crap talk on this laptop? No.

This is a great deal for the price and if you need a laptop immediately I'd definitely go for it. But if you already have a 13in. that's working well and can hold off I'd absolutely do it. This model is still rocking the 9th gen i7 and it seems like apple is pushing the last of their Intel products hard out the door before they switch to silicon. If you're a dev and do docker/VM stuff, waiting for Apple's silicon may seem like you're waiting shooting yourself in the foot but I'm a big proponent of keeping your technical devices for as long as you can before you toss them, and I really think that the 16in ARM chip Macbooks coming out next year are going to last longer than these 9th gen Intel ones. Although take whatever I say with a grain of salt.

damn good deal! I got mine for 1875 and it was open box. But for basically 100 bucks more this is a steal at brand new!

Confirmed. $1999.99 in cart with prime. $140 tax kills it for me though. Might try PM at B&H with payboo.

I assume the 5% back through prime card should still work ?

It's 2172.49 after tax for me.

Curious if I would still get 5% back ? It would be 108.62
