If I ever build a razor themed PC it would be to sell and not for personal usage;
Let's take this mouse for instance: if you're lucky and do not get the single to double click issue and you simply plug & pray just to use it as a simple mouse - great deal. But I do not understand why I have to create an account, provide my personal data and give Razer the rights to grab information from my machine and share it with 3rd parties just to install the software to program my mouse?? Why do I need to install a Razer windows service just to use a simple mouse?!
Sure, there may be workarounds those issues... but, really?
I had my deathadder elite for a few months before the rubber side grip came off completely. Razer customer support said this was "normal wear and tear" and didn't qualify under their warranty. The company expects their stuff to fall apart in less than a year, so this is definitely a risky buy.

This is a great mouse for the price, especially with amazon's unparalleled customer service.
I think the main reason to buy this over an off-brand mouse with fancy buttons and specs is mainly for the aesthetic. Say you wanted to build a razor themed computer or white-themed build, then grab this mouse.
Believe this is the lowest for this model as well. Wouldn't hurt as a backup either

I've had the wireless version of this, the Razer Mamba, for over 10 years and it still works pretty well. Only recently did the right click start to get wonky.
I mean, Amazon basically guarantee's a refund with little to no hassle. It's like a no-risk if you don't like it. Not many company's really offer that without jumping through a few hoops or making a call.
The Deathadder is one of if not the most comfortable mouse for those of us with long fingers. I use the chroma version at home and at work. I might as well grab this white as a backup.
Anyone know what the "Essential" part means? Is it somehow different than the other versions of the Deathadder other than the color/lights? Couldn't find anything obvious.
