Picked up this deal a few months ago because they offer curbside (for health reasons I cannot go in a store) to find that you can't apply it to an online order for pick-up.
The phone rep apologized and gave me a $25 e-GC that I could apply to an online order, so effectively made it a $45 membership for $20 -- good enough for me, especially since they offer the curbside option, that's well worth it to me.
But good for others to know that if you want that $45, it does have to be in store.

My membership expired a month ago, so will wait a few months before renewing or starting as new.

Whenever I go into the club get the membership card, they always ask for a driver's license for proof you are who you say you are. I was also told they track you by license number. Do you know if is true they track by driver license number?
