.01 means it is supposed to be pulled off the shelf to go back to vendor. Very few items slip thru the crack. I got a $150 light fixture a few years a-back for .$.01. The cashier explained it to me and honored the price.

Same for Dollar Tree stores.
.01 price means $ Tree corporate wants that item back, and no, they didn't sell it to me, you got lucky.

No clearance around me
Hmm How can 3 people thumbs up this in minutes when it's probably a highly ymmv. You would need to take a trip just to find out their clearance price
It will say clearance and list no price . If there is a price that's the price at your store

Not my post !! The deal post , it was liked 4 times within 5 min of being posted .
.... That's the problem I have with TUs and TDs: it's capricious.
Example, briefly?
A dealership in Iowa could have their cars at half-price, with you living near that dealership, and with me in Florida.
Is that kind of Sale worthy of a TU from me, with me being in Florida?
Would you TD that Posting, despite you living right there?
And why should the OP have a Post denigrated for not being "Universal"?
