Yeah, I have this laptop. There's only one m.2 slot and one HDD slot. The ram is ddr4 3200. Also, it came with a 200w power adapter which gets really hot when gaming, scalding hot. I went ahead and bought the hp omen x 330w adapter and have no more adapter heat issues. The laptop does not get hot, only the adapter.

I also paid $100 more for the laptop so this is a pretty good deal

Not a deal with this CPU. It is slow CPU model and overpriced.

Seems to be a pretty darn good benchmark score to me.

Yeahhhhh idk what to tell you if you think this is a "slow" processor. Extremely good gaming/streaming processor. I'd rather get a ryzen laptop this gen but that's an ignorant comment to make.

Yo I gotta ask... what's your deal? This is like the second thread I've seen you post this in.

Are you shill for AMD or something?

Also what everyone above me said.

As for this computer I'd say it's a pretty ok deal if you can get it. They don't charge tax so you are saving some there. Its pretty much the upgrade to this machine from Bestbuy

HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop: 10th Gen Intel Core i5-10300H 4-Core, 16.1" 1080p 144Hz IPS, 8GB DDR4, 512GB SSD + 32GB Optane, GTX 1660 Ti 6GB, Type-C, Backlit Keyboard, 3-Cell,
Win 10 (Shadow Black) $749.99

The one here you are getting more ram, newer video card, and a faster CPU for about 300 more.

Its not a killer deal but it's not a bad one either.

My 2017 Omen ax250wm laptop just shit the bed on me last month; GPU failed due to poor heat management. After spending the last few weeks hassling with it to diagnose and repair, I dont have a good opinion of the Omen brand. This is an ok deal for the specs, but everything I've read in to and seen after tearing it down makes me want to stay away from HP in general. The caps lock codes of death are all too common. Sounds like this might not have as bad of heat management issues, but I'd just say buyer beware.
