Roku Ultra on sale again at Amazon for $69.99 >Now $69.00. This is new and not renewed/refurbished.
The usual comments will follow...
Yes, it's more $$ than other models (but it has ethernet and comes with nice JBL earbuds)
No, this isn't a huge upgrade if you have the most recent version (but some people want the latest and greatest, and it's a BIG improvement over the really old models)
No, it does not have gigabit ethernet (but that's not usually your bottleneck; it's usually crappy internet and provider throttling).
Yes, AppleTV is great! And Amazon Firestick is great! They're all great!
Etc, etc...
If you're like me, you know what you want, you do your research, and hope a Deal Alert pops up with a decent price.
Here it is.

No Dolby Vision support on these
Somewhat important for those that have OLED TV's
Only complaint would be the remote batteries have to be replaced every few weeks because they are what's powering the earbuds. No big deal, though. I have a ton of Eneloops from SD deals. Haha
They do not support HBO Max and Peacock.

The streamers I know that support that are Apple TV 4K, Amazon 4K Firestick, and Nvidia Shield TV/Pro.

Yes the remote eats batteries when powering headphone. However there is a roku app that also allows the headphone use via your phone. Rokus OS cannot bt pair directly with bt headphones.

DV is not restricted to oled tvs, in fact led tvs actually better use dv because they can get much brighter.
DV on streaming is still a hot mess, hdr 10 is more consistent option for streaming.

While not exactly the same thing roku software built into tvs has Dolby vision as well.
