what the TBW on this ?
i think the P1 is VERY LOW only 200 VERY LOW
compared to the MX500 which is 360 also low
and both are low compared to almost any other brand these might be too value based
and its the same price at Crucial [crucial.com]

the Kingston UV500 is 480

this is a low priced one with 600tbw [amazon.com] and if you look around Amazon its also $99

HERE IS A GOOD GUIDE [tomshardware.com]

Question:
Hello. i intend to use this drive for heavy video editing. that will intail alot of read/write cycles. is this built for that? thanks in advance!
Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Yes, with all the Crucial drives the CT1000P1SSD8 is able to handle more writes to the drive. This model drive is rated at 200TB TBW (Equal to 109GB per day for 5 years). Now, depending on how much you are intending to write to the drive on a daily basis you may need to look at an enterprise level drive from our parent company Micron. see less

This Crucial P1 NVMe is way overpriced compared to the Inland drive at Microcenter. Here is a link to that drive.

For most people, read is way higher than write. Load the OS, office apps, games... You might get up to writing terabytes, that day. After that, how much are you really writing? (For the normal folks...)

Personally, I wouldn't warranty a drive. Who knows where your data will end up? For a $100, I'll just buy a new one...
