I bought a black & decker version of this tool a couple of years ago for $40. Came with a free stand after rebate. Looks like a color & brand name change for extras!
Used it for lining up my pavers, wall tiles, wall borders & putting pictures up.
I have owned and used the DW088K for several years and just remember the pendulum does not lock like on some other brands/models. It comes with a nice case, but you don't want to be dropping or banging it around.
I get $149 at HD, but just dropped to $128 at Amazon and the lowest it has ever been. Third party sometimes drops to $110 or so, but bait and does not stay there very long.
The DW088K red never seems to drop much lower than this price, while the green laser is considerably higher. Self leveling with a two axis plumb and level line, this is a good tool.

Black & Decker is not even in the same building.... seriously.
This DW088K is self leveling, wall mountable with magnet, two axis and the one I use is accurate to + or - 1/16 at 100 ft.... which is about the width of the laser at that distance. My next one will be green, because it seems to be easier to see in more light. You could use the Dewalt to shoot a line across the floor, plumb up the wall and back to you across the ceiling if you wanted to line everything up. Or shoot a level line from a corner around the room without moving it.
We do have a Bosch that is pretty good up to about 60 feet or so and the 3 beam DeWalt DW083 that is awesome for installing commercial doors, curtain wall, steel studs, etc.
