We have stopped using it and got another air fryer, from what I can remember is that it doesn't do french fries well, there's not a lot of spacing at the highest tray because the door latch is in the way, making it difficult to put chicken wings or anything that is bulky, why have it so high and close? All other tray levels have decent amount of space, but the lowest level cannot cook well, so have to keep opening and alternating trays. Also, the button panel is all just a piece of plastic, like a microwave.
What we did like it's that you can choose the wattage to not trip the electrical box, given our stuff on one circuit line is crowded. Given that it's 14 Qt, the appliance is actually pretty compact.
Before this we had the 6 Qt Gourmia and loved it, especially since it has a square interior instead of round. Now we have the Kalorik 26 Qt as of a few days ago, too early to tell though as we've only used it twice, but so far so good.
