Check out the official Arlo website, you won't find an Ultra 2 or any Ultra with spotlight. Only the original Ultra 4k cameras.
Who knows what the regular or commonly-available sale price might be on the Ultra 2 Spotlight camera outfits when they hit the general market, but this is pretty good deal even for the original Ultras.

From the description, the V2s offer better range among other things (switch between 2.4/5ghz), but a Costco reviewer says the hardware is the same but only the hub has revised firmware which leads him to believe the original Ultras and base are capable of this "V2" upgrade.
