Important: I attempt to redeem the $5 Amazon gift card through the website and I didn't receive the code. I think this might be a website glitch because the site is being hammered by SD right now and it's pretty laggy. I've already contacted the customer support from their website. I wouldn't worry much about not getting it because even though the domain name is: http://homeenergyrewardsshop.com/ when you scroll down to the bottom, it says: 2020 Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and the email I received about this program is from PG&E so it's a legitimate program from PG&E sponsored by CPUC which is the government entity that gives you the climate credit on your electric bill: https://www.cpuc.ca.gov/ClimateCredit/ don't worry, just contact the customer service and give them time to fix the system glitch and you should receive the gift card.

Unfortunately, system error did occur when I tried to redeem the gift card so I emailed customer support about this.

Site is a little slow, but was able to get it done. Also, if you do the survey and click a couple other things you can earn points toward a $5 or $10 Amazon gift card. Mine was delivered via email in <1min.

FYI, The website is slow and laggy even before this SD post so it's only going to get worse. You must keep refreshing the page or try again later to finish the registration and get this deal.
