I only address this because OP mentioned streaming, don't expect to be able to game and stream all at once from this device. It can handle one or the other, but the CPU can't do both with any form of fluidity.

1650 super has nvenc video encoder which does the heavy lifting during streams.

Better off getting older off lease Intel 4th gen optiplex or Inspiron off eBay and buying whichever GPU.

FYI... Amex $120 statement credit off $599 Dell purchase expires July 31st
Optiplex and Inspiron only accepts low power GPU like a 1650 non super. Unless you modify it, which is beyond most's comfort level. This 10gen i3 out classes some older i7s due to hyperthreading.

Its very cheap to build your own these days. You can beat this for $500 and end up with a Ryzen 3600 + 1650S, probably a 1660S.
How? Case $50, Motherboard $90, ram $60, psu $60, gpu $200, 512 gb ssd $50, cpu $100, os $50? These figures are already based off the lowest prices ive seen on Sd with questionable brands.

I disagree about building this for under $500 with a windows key, keyboard, and mouse. Especially with a 1660 super. Please don't spread misinformation or TD a deal based off the information.

This build comes out to $540+ and that's with a cheap windows key that some don't like the idea of purchasing. Sub in a ryzen 3600 and you're talking $570+ add a 1660 super and you're looking at $630.

People TD deals based on their lack of research and misinformation and the deal gets buried and doesn't trigger other's deal alerts.

This deal is the type of starter/first gaming PC so many consumers are looking to buy at the moment but can't due to stock issues. If they do make or have a swagbucks account they are looking at $600 plus tax. Hopefully it's still active tomorrow because the 10% coupon can take up to a day to receive.

Without modifications, would this be a decent machine for a small business running AutoCAD?

OP, I'm seeing the price as $699, which would be $630 after 10% off not $617? How are you getting $617?

You would be better off with an AMD chip because CAD programs usually take full advantage of all the threads but this would work OK. The big issue I have with most of these Dell PC's is that they use proprietary custom parts which makes you beholden to Dell if you want to upgrade/swap certain parts. The mobo is custom, the PSU looks like it might be custom and is also under-powered if you want to upgrade the GPU or CPU to something beefier. For CAD you probably want more than 8GB of RAM as well and AFAIK these boards gimp RAM speed.

I put just about the same build together on PC Part Picker (400W psu & PCI-E wifi card rather than on-board) and excluding the OS it came out to $521.90:

But, if you're the kind of person who wants to cherry pick your components, I agree this isn't the best deal, but why are you looking at Dells in the first place if that's the case?
