Is the Lenovo Yoga C740 a better machine than the Lenovo Flex 5 from Staples or Costco?

Ok, troubleshot using Reddit, Lenovo, everything on web... ends up comp comes set to a certain WiFi ghz and I was able to find and change it to one that spoke to my computer!! I'm not a techie— I'm just a girl asking a laptop... to WORK

Anyone know the upgradable things in the laptop? Are there free nvme slots for additional ssd ? Is the Ram soldered in or is it replaceable

I think you may need an AX201, I installed a AX200 and it was having driver errors. I did some research and I believe it requires a CNVi card. I'll find out this weekend.

When I close the laptop, most of the times it will either stay connected or auto connect, but at least once a day it will just totally disconnect and I will have to go in and tell it to reconnect. Very frustrating.

Very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex alpha, which is $400 right now. Only real difference I see is the 13.3" screen size, and the smaller right shift key to make room for the fingerprint reader:
